Restoring Functional Movement & Maintaining Health

Due to COVID-19, Physio-led Pilates sessions are not currently running.

We hope to be back soon!

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise designed to improve your strength, balance and stability to help you to move more efficiently and reduce your risk of injury.

Pilates has many benefits to both your mental and physical well-being.

All the Pilates exercises we teach can be modified to ensure they are appropriate for your specific level of ability.

Physiotherapist-Led Pilates

Our training & understanding of Pilates & Exercise Therapy alongside our extensive Physiotherapy knowledge and skill-base puts us in a unique position.

As experienced Physiotherapists we understand your injury/condition and know which exercises are likely to be most beneficial or problematic for you.

We will often use our clinical reasoning skills to modify the Traditional Pilates exercises to ensure they are suitable & safe for you to practice.

This allows us to offer Pilates classes that are suitable for people of all abilities including those looking to maintain or progress their fitness or those rehabilitating from a specific injury or condition.

Physiotherapist-led Pilates Small Group Class

£12.50 per class (60 minutes)

£65 for 6 classes (valid for 3 months)

£120 for 12 classes (valid for 6 months)

Kirsty's Physiotherapist-led Pilates classes will never have more than 12 students to ensure she is able to observe and manage your individual needs.

The Pilates exercises will be modified and taught at different levels to ensure the class is suitable for all levels from complete beginners to experienced Pilates students.

Prior to attending your first class Kirsty will contact you and ask you to complete a short questionnaire to allow her to learn a little more about you, any conditions you have and your goals or aims of attending Pilates.

As each class is planned around your needs/goals, these questionnaires and discussions form the basis of the classes.

*Pilates mats and any optional equipment used in the classes will be provided.

Physiotherapist-led Pilates (One to One)

£60 per session

Your one-to-one Pilates session will last approximately 60 minutes, be designed specifically to meet your individual requirements and be taught on a one-to-one basis.
